Getting started with your new Actions, Textures or Overlays is EASY!
All you need to do is: 1. Download, 2. Install and 3. Play!
(NOTE: Textures & Overlays have different instructions below)
We've set out how to do each of these in the steps below.

To make our products easy to download, we've packaged them in compressed ZIP files. In order to extract your .zip file, you can either use the built in extractor from your computer, or utilize a variety of extraction software products available.
How to decompress (unzip) a file on your computer:
Actions (CS & CC)
✦ Installing Photoshop Actions into Photoshop / Creative Cloud
Step 1: Create an easy-to-find "Actions" folder where you will keep all of your actions
Step 2: Download and Extract Your Purchase
Step 3: Copy and paste the .atn file(s) from your extracted folder into your new "Actions" folder
Step 4: Open Your Version of Photoshop
Step 5: In your ACTIONS PANEL, click the tiny down-facing arrow ▼(or ☰ icon) located in the upper right hand corner of the box.
Step 6: In the drop-down menu, select "Load Actions..."
Step 7: Navigate to your "Actions" folder and select the action set you would like to load, then click "Load".
Step 8: You will now see your new actions loaded in the ACTIONS PANEL.

✦ Installing Actions into Photoshop Elements
PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS 11 & UP
Step 1: Create an easy-to-find "Actions" folder where you will keep all of your actions
Step 2: Download and Extract Your Purchase
Step 3: Copy and paste the .atn file(s) from your extracted folder into your new "Actions" folder
Step 4: Open Your Version of Photoshop Elements
Step 5: Make sure to work in EXPERT Mode in order to view and access the ACTIONS PANEL.
*NOTE: If you do not see your ACTIONS PANEL, go to Window > Actions to open up the ACTIONS PANEL.
Step 6: In your ACTIONS PANEL, click the tiny down-facing arrow ▼(or ☰ icon) located in the upper right hand corner of the box.
Step 7: In the drop-down menu, select "Load Actions..."
Step 8: Navigate to your "Actions" folder and select the action set you would like to load, then click "Load".
Step 9: You will now see your new actions loaded in the ACTIONS PANEL.
Textures & Overlays (CS & CC)
✦ How to apply Textures & Overlays in Photoshop / Creative Cloud
Step 1: Open Your Image.
Step 2: Select File > Place.
Step 3: Select a Texture/Overlay & Click “Place”.
Step 4: Position the overlay, then click the check mark to place the overlay.
Step 5: Change blend mode to suit your needs. We suggest MULTIPLY, OVERLAY or SCREEN.
NOTE: If you are using a PNG overlay, as opposed to a JPEG overlay (such as our Leaf & Branch Overlays), you do not need to use a blend mode since the PNG files are working with transparent pixels. Simply place the image and that's all there is to it :).
Textures & Overlays (PSE)

Step 1: Open Your Image.
Step 2: Select “Expert” Mode
Step 3: Select File > Place.
Step 3: Select a Texture/Overlay & Click “Place”.
Step 4: Position the overlay, then click the check mark to place the overlay.
Step 5: Change blend mode to suit your needs. We suggest MULTIPLY, OVERLAY or SCREEN.

✦ How To Use Your Photoshop Actions
To play an action, click on the Action set folder to expand and view the individual actions. Click on the individual action (NOT the action folder) you would like to play, and click the PLAY button ► at the bottom of the ACTIONS PANEL.
TEXTURES / OVERLAYS
✦ How to Non Destructively Remove Portions of the Textures & Overlays
1. Create a Layer Mask (Layer > Layer Mask > Reveal All)
2. Using a soft, black brush paint over the areas on the layer mask that you would like to erase.
